Our Retail Store Associates play a pivotal role in driving sales,
maintaining an orderly store environment, and providing product
knowledge and advice to customers. With an aim to support our

key in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing our brand
presence in the market. Assist customers by providing detailed
product information and offering solutions tailored to their
specific needs. Process sales transactions accurately and
efficiently. Maintain the appearance and organization of the store,
ensuring that all displays are appealing and current. Participate
in merchandising and inventory control activities. Collaborate with
team members to meet store and individual sales targets. Adhere to
all company policies and procedures with regards to safety and
security. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to
multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of sales
principles and customer service practices Proficiency in using
electronic resources like sales registers, scheduling software,
etc. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k None specifically required; however, certifications
in retail management or customer service are a plus.
