Join one of Seattle's leading subcontractors as a Business Development Manager and play a key role in expanding their footprint across the Pacific Northwest. Client Details My client are a well-established, large-scale subcontractor with a strong presence in the Seattle construction market. Their portfolio includes commercial, health care, aviation, education, and hospitality. They are known for their quality, reliability, and long-standing industry relationships. Description Proactively identify and pursue new project leads, RFPs, and client partnerships Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, developers, architects, and consultants Attend industry networking events, conferences, and trade shows to raise company visibility Track regional market trends and construction activity to identify new opportunities Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams to develop competitive proposals Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and regularly report on business development activity Profile Multiple years of experience in business development, preferably within the construction industry Strong network within Seattle's construction market (GCs, developers, AEC firms) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Highly organized and self-motivated, with a hunter mindset Experience working for or with subcontractors is a major plus Job Offer $130,000-$180,000 Depending on experience level Company performance bonus Seattle Based MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
