Job Description:
Tadco, Inc. seeks one full-time Sales Engineer to work at its
office in Seattle, WA. Candidate must have at least a master's
degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Management of
Technology, with 12 months of prior experience as a Sales Engineer
or Technical Sales Engineer.

Candidate duties will include:
Develop and present comprehensive proposals that address the
specific requirements of our circuit board manufacturing customer,
particularly focusing on tooling plates for lamination
processes.
Collaborate with sales teams to thoroughly understand customer
requirements for tooling plates and lamination solutions,
effectively promote our company's specialized products for circuit
board manufacturing, and provide targeted sales support to drive
product adoption.
Reach out to prospective buyers to showcase product samples or
catalogs and inform them about pricing, availability, and the
benefits of our products.
Stay updated on industry news and trends, including developments in
lamination technology, new and existing products and services,
competitor activities, and advancements in both legacy and emerging
technologies, as well as the latest product-line innovations.
Maintain detailed and organized records of all business
transactions with customers and suppliers. This includes contracts,
agreements, drawings, purchase orders, invoices, delivery receipts,
and payment records. Ensure that all records are easily accessible
and comply with legal and regulatory requirements for documentation
and record-keeping.
Constantly update technical documentation to reflect product
enhancements, including user manuals, specifications, and
troubleshooting guides. Simultaneously, record customer challenges
and how our products solve them, creating detailed case studies
showcasing these solutions and the measurable benefits for
marketing materials and presentations.
Develop detailed product brochures for trade shows that highlight
features and benefits, prepare case study presentations to
demonstrate how our products solve customer challenges, and
actively participate in trade shows and seminars to promote our
offerings and stay informed about industry developments.
Evaluate vendor product quality by analyzing defect rates, return
rates, and customer feedback, and compile comprehensive vendor
quality reports. These reports are designed to assist the quality
assurance team in making informed strategic decisions.
Candidate must have 12 months of work experience using AutoCAD and
1 year of technical work experience in PCB lamination. Salary:
$90,147 - $92,000 per year
