Are you in real estate school or newly licensed and not sure where to start?

We are looking for brand new or already licensed Real Estate Agents who want to be part of something bigger, a network of Agents within an incredible company, building incredible teams and living lives worth living. -

If you're a social "people-person" with an ambitious, vibrant, and positive personality who is responsible and professional, we're interested in speaking with you. -

If you are not licensed yet, don't know where to start, or are in school, please apply! We'd love to chat with you about your goals and share the resources to help you get your license.

Hours vary in this position and can include nights and/or weekends.

Income is commission based.

Responsibilities:
--- Assist the lead Agent by showing homes to buyer clients
--- Assist the lead Agent by identifying homes that meet the criteria set up by the client
--- Working with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes
--- Help buyers narrow down their options and make educated decisions about the largest investment of their lives
--- Work cooperatively in a team environment

Qualifications:
--- Professional in attitude and dress
--- Ability to connect with various personalities -
--- Enthusiastic personality with excellent people skills
--- Self-motivation and accountability
--- Extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone
--- Ability to spend a large amount of time driving in your own vehicle
--- Ability to analyze clients' wants and needs and match them to homes that may be a good fit
--- Real Estate License (Required for the position but not to apply, we can help you with the process of getting licensed!)
