Job DescriptionPromedev is currently recruiting full-time, Customer Service Representatives to join our rapidly-growing Relief Factor Customer Service Team department in Kirkland, WA. Our customer service center operates Monday - Friday, 8-hour shifts range from 5 am - 8 pm. Candidates would need to be a resident of Washington State to be considered. If you are a confident, collaborative team player with proven customer service skills, we would love to hear from you.SummaryMain responsibilities include inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, and chats with attention to detail, providing superior customer service and timely resolution. This is a work-from-home position.Key InterfacesPromedev StaffCustomersEssential Duties & Responsibilities:Support the specific systems and processes of the Customer Service CenterAnswer and resolve high-volume telephone calls and/or emails and/or chats with extremely close attention to customer serviceAssist in answering general questions about products; promotions, returns, refunds, cancellations, account modifications, shipping/tracking information and other issues as neededProcess ordersWork from home representatives are required to provide private, quiet home environment, which is free of distractions and has room to work efficientlyOther duties and projects as assignedRequirementsHigh volume, in-bound call center experienceSales experience, or desire to develop salesmanshipComfortable with upselling products to customersType a minimum of 40 words per minuteStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbove-average organization skills and the ability to prioritize tasksProven ability to meet company and customer quality standards through the delivery of high-level customer serviceStrong computer and multi-tasking skillsAbility to work independently or as a teamAbility to work with minimal supervisionAbility to work a set schedule between 5 a.m. to 8 p.m., may include holidaysEducation and ExperienceMinimum high school diplomaDesired one-year call center experienceDesired three years customer service experiencePhysical DemandsTo successfully perform the essential duties of this position, an individual must be able to sit at a desk with a headset and type on a computer for 7.5 or more hours per day.
