Mortenson is currently seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to provide leadership, coordination, and final preparation of full estimates on large and complex work projects. Excellent communication skills are necessary as you will be interacting with staff at all levels in an ever-changing environment. Your ability to remain flexible, inventive, dedicated, and efficient with a high level of integrity and confidentiality will be vital to your success. The base compensation range for this role is $116,800 - $175,200 (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL 5%, Seattle, WA and Portland, OR 10%, Washington, D.C. 12.5%) This position is eligible for a potential annual bonus. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individuals knowledge, skill and experience with consideration given to internal equity. *6 years construction estimating experience *Organized and detailed with proven ability to fulfill all responsibilities for multiple, complex projects *Possess basic understanding of construction law and generally accepted business practices *Proven positive and professional attitude, and strong customer service skills *Strong teamwork orientation, initiative, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills *Applicable mathematical skills *Proficient with building/estimating techniques and software: ISqFt, Winest/Bid2Win, On-Screen Takeoff (OST), Bluebeam/PDF, Google Earth Education: *Associates or bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or similar or equivalent experience *LEED AP, DBIA professional, preferred Mortenson provides a comprehensive benefit program to team members and their families to support their health, build long term financial security and provide the opportunity for work and life balance.
