Job Description:

Immediate need for construction project manager seeking skills listed below:
o Contract review
o Budgeting and tracking project cots
o Create and maintain project file
o Manage project information and make sure records are up to date
o Coordinate manpower with superintendents
o Manage purchasing for jobs under your management
o Attend project meetings
o Supervision of project progress and coordination with superintendents and foremen on site
o Submit accurate monthly billing worksheet & SOV on time
o Produce monthly earned value and cost vs actual reporting
o Daily reports - receiving from field staff
o Problem solving and conflict resolution
o Manage project close out - O&M's, warranty, project financial reports
o Safety - Responsible for all safety related matters, including site safety, safety training, managing employees on light duty, interface with the General Contractor's safety manager.
