Wage Range: $87,755 - $140,442 per yearPosted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional premiums based on shift, certifications or degrees. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, level of education and internal equity.Job Summary:Responsible for working with Senior Peoplesoft Analysts to assist with the support and implementation of enterprise PeopleSoft applications. Works closely with end users, analysts, DBAs, and other stakeholders during discovery, design, construction, transition, and implementation of applications and application components. PeopleSoft modules supported include, but arent limited to PeopleSoft Human Resources Administration, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Employee Self Service, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Purchasing and Inventory.Primary Duties:

• Participates on team which works to apply production troubleshooting and problem-solving skills under tight timelines.
• Serves as a daily contact for PeopleSoft application related questions and concerns.
• Understands user requirements and functional specifications, develops technical specifications accordingly.
• Develops code based on technical specifications, creates test cases, performs unit and system testing.
• Ability to research and understand vendor delivered new functionalities and features, articulates, and demonstrates impact to the system and current business processes
• Maintains and provides accurate information related to application data and policies using PeopleSoft and other applicable software.
• Works with Senior Analysts to ensure that all work meets customer business needs and will be executed correctly and efficiently within a production environment.
• Clearly and concisely communicates status of all assigned tasks to the project team, stakeholders, and management.
• Keeps up to date on job related technical issues, new trends, and product directions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.License, Certification, Education or Experience:REQUIRED for the position:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business Systems, Health Information Management or other related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• 3 years of PeopleSoft technical application experience in PeopleSoft Human Resources or PeopleSoft Finance.
• PeopleSoft programming skills using various PeopleSoft provided tools such as PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQR, etc.
• Understanding of PeopleSoft application architecture.
• Strong analysis and development expertise; Strong problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of the underlying table structures and where PeopleSoft data resides.
• Experience in applying PUM images.
• SQL knowledge.
• Ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects and balance priorities.
• A high level of customer service skill and professionalism.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to be self-motivated with a high level of productivity.DESIRED for the position:
