About the job In this role, you will be the main architect for
Planning and Optimization of Google's computational fleet. Planning
and Optimization is a multi-constrained problem, full of nuance,
complexity and trade-offs. You will work closely with resource
planners, Shared Services teams, and users to ensure that valid
concerns of these different audiences are addressed.You will design
the high-level architecture for Google's Fleet Planning and
Optimization, establish the strategic roadmap, and lead execution
and delivery of the resource planning and fulfillment ecosystem
that underpins Google's internal/external Cloud. Google Cloud

this full-time position is $256,000-$384,000 + bonus + equity +
benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and
location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the
minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position
across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is
determined by work location and additional factors, including
job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

technical vision and strategy for delivering requirements of
high-scale, reliability, performance, and development
functions.Help teams find the right short-term and long-term goals
between development functions and generalization of software
solutions.Drive the roadmap and partner with Product Management on

teams to align on product requirements, solution architecture, and
emerging requirements and issues.
