This individual provides support for human resource information systems (HRIS), such as SAP, SAP SuccessFactors, Alight, Schwab, and HR online. This includes responsibility for system performance and maintenance, including ensuring information security, testing updates, and improving process efficiency. The position will also support upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned. Get started! Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and identify processes that need improvement. Outline an appropriate solution and present that solution for approval and implement the change
• In addition to implementing new HRIS products or change has been implemented, the HRIS analyst provide ongoing production support to SAP SuccessFactors, including researching and resolving problems.
• Utilize built-in reporting tools or running SQL queries to perform data analysis to ensure system is running properly. In addition, the HRIS analyst will create and generate standard reports as needed from SAP and SAP SuccessFactors.
• Create user documentation and procedures for managers, employees, and human resources.
• Collaborate with ITD, Human Resources, and relevant stakeholders to maximize user adoption. Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelors Degree required
• Two (2) or more years experience with HRIS solutions, including cloud-based, and how they work within a companys internal infrastructure. SAP SuccessFactors experience preferred.
• Understanding and working knowledge of human resources related policies and procedures and ability to apply that knowledge to an HRIS system with the goal of providing the most efficient solution
• Excellent communication skills, ability to handle pressure and work as a team player. Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
