Job Description:

Purpose
The construction project coordinator assists the Project manager with budgeting, scheduling, and planning. This includes the execution of these duties across multiple projects simultaneously and in accordance with an executed contract and per company policies and procedures.
Typical responsibilities may include: Pre-Construction meetings to convey the information gathered from estimating and contract negotiations, schedules, man power forecasts, review of deliverables, contract drawings and specifications, status reports, and budget monitoring. -Additional responsibilities as required on a project by project basis as directed by the Project Manager, CFO, VP or President.
The construction project coordinator works primarily at jobsite locations and is an extension of the main office.

Scope
Maintain Project Schedule
Send out weekly Sales Meeting Tasks
Complete all tasks on Pre-Construction Check List
Writing Purchase Orders as directed by Project Manager
Receive, scan, and log Extra Work Tickets
Review Extra Work Tickets to ensure validity prior to processing and submission
Process Extra Work Tickets into Change Order Requests for submission
Receive Change Order, review for accuracy, and approve change requests; including budget adjustments from approved change orders
Gather data for preliminary billing, fill out General Contractor Billing Forms for final review by Project Manager
Assist Superintendent as Required
Procurement Management
Deliveries/Receiving/Inventory Management
Process required Lien Releases
Add revised Design Documents and RFIs to Fieldwire
Write warranty letters
Maintain Style Guidelines throughout all Apex Documentation
Special projects as directed by President, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer or Senior Project Manager

Responsibilities
The Construction Project Coordinator is responsible for all of the scope items listed above for every project they are assigned to. -The Project Coordinator reports to the Project Manager in regards to all of their duties or the Senior Project Manager, CFO, VP or President for special projects.
