Cutuli Homes is a locally owned and family operated company, building homes in the Puget Sound area since 1995. We have an immediate opening for a Carpenter to join our team. We are looking for people with integrity, who are hard-working and want to grow with an established company. Our skilled carpenters are familiar with all phases of custom home construction, and they work on projects from start to finish. We sub out to the usual trades and our carpenters take care of pickup framing, blocking, trim details including interior and exterior, and any of the hundreds of things that needs to be done on a construction site. Our scope of work mainly consists of new residential ground-ups, renovations and additions. We are looking to bring on an additional employee to keep up with the demand. We work mainly in Seattle & the Eastside. Qualifications for Carpenters: Skilled or Semi-skilled in Framing, Finish & General Carpentry Proficient at the following tasks: wood framing, read blueprints, utilize appropriate math/layout skills. Must be hard-working, honest and able to complete tasks in a quality and timely manner. Must be friendly, courteous disposition-professional, workmanlike attitude Able to organize assigned tasks, for completion alone or with help. Ability to problem solve is a plus. At least four years' carpentry experience. Current driver's license is required, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation & clean driving record. Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen Our Customers are in both Residential Remodel and Residential New Construction. The Quality of Craftsmanship, Products and Services that we Provide are on the High End of the Scale. Therefor Applicants must be Neat and Clean in Appearance, No Drug or Alcohol issues and no smoking on the job site.
