Job Description:

A Salesforce Release Manager with Copado expertise manages the Salesforce release lifecycle, ensuring smooth and reliable deployments using Copado's DevOps platform. They are responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing releases, while adhering to best practices and maintaining code integrity. This role involves working closely with development, testing, and other teams to ensure successful releases.

Key Responsibilities:

Release Planning and Scheduling:

Developing release plans, timelines, and schedules for Salesforce releases, considering dependencies and potential risks.

Deployment Management:

Managing deployments across different Salesforce environments, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.

Version Control and Branching Strategies:

Establishing and enforcing best practices for version control, branching strategies, and release governance within the Copado platform.

CI/CD Pipeline Automation:

Leads and optimizes Copado-based release management and CI/CD pipeline automation for Salesforce environments.

Testing Oversight:

Ensuring that new changes are properly tested to identify and fix issues before deployment.

Issue Resolution:

Identifying and resolving issues that arise during the release process, ensuring the stability and reliability of Salesforce deployments.
