Job Description:
A Superintendent will work with the senior superintendent and
project manager on site activities including trade and field
personnel in order to complete multifamily projects on time and
within budget. They are in charge of maintaining quality and safety
practices. Client Details Our client, is a highly respected firm

Description
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to
finish, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality
standards
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors
to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and
address any issues or concerns
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations to
ensure a safe working environment for all personnel
- Communicate effectively with clients, project teams, and
stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues in a timely
manner
- Manage and mentor on-site staff, providing guidance and support
as needed Profile
- Has 4+ years being a Superintendent able to help lead project
from preconstruction to finish
- Must have Multifamily, affordable housing, or senior living
project experience
- Experience in construction management, with a focus on
multifamily projects
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale
construction projects from conception to completion
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to
motivate and inspire on-site teams
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and
techniques
- Familiarity with construction software and tools, such as
Procore or PlanGrid Job Offer Competitive salary & bonus
commensurate with experience - salary typically between $120,000 to
$160,000 depending on experience
