Job Description:
15k Sign on bonusWe are in search of a candidate with
supervisory experience in an imaging environment who is eager to
lead a great team of technologists with their expertise in imaging
and patient care. Compensation: The hourly salary range $48.16 to
$72.25. The salary is based on multiple factors, including but not
limited to job-related experience, knowledge, skills, abilities,
and employment status. The pay range listed is hourly base pay;
this position may be eligible for additional compensation, such as
shift differential (applied to all evening and weekend hours),
extra shift bonus, and on-call pay. Position Summary: The
Diagnostic Imaging Supervisor will work in collaboration with the
Imaging Center Manager and the Lead Technologists in assisting with
providing support and oversight of the technologists at the
Kirkland and Redmond locations. Supervises the daily workflow
activities in all modalities while ensuring quality patient care
and a strong focus on patient satisfaction, quality, safety, and
compliance. In addition to supervising staff, works as a
technologist in his or her area of specialization.The Diagnostic
Imaging supervisor will also develop and implement departmental
projects assigned by the manager. This position will have the
opportunity to contribute to budget planning, assuring adequate
staffing plans, and conducting new staff orientations. May be
assigned administrative operational oversight in the absence of
Imaging Center Manager. Responsibilities Hires, trains, evaluates,
develops, and retains quality staff and builds them into a cohesive
team that achieves its objectives. Actively builds effective
working relationships and trust within the team, internally and
externally, ensuring all team members are treated with respect.
Coaches and provides feedback to team members. Provides leadership
and direction in the day-to-day processes and workflow, utilizing
effective communication skills with technologist team. Creates
regular staff schedules and arranges coverage for both planned and
unplanned absences. Ensures quality, safety and related regulatory
requirements are maintained. Confirms that staff members understand
and comply with company policies and procedures. Performs and/or
oversees ACR accreditation procedures for all modalities and
ensuring compliance with ACR accreditation requirements. Assists in
development of new protocols as requested by medical director or
subspecialty radiologists. Provides technical assistance to other
staff members as needed. Ability to initiate and lead changes in
processes, procedures, or business methods. Remains cool under
pressure; does not become irritable or short with patients or
staff. Understands and modifies existing processes or technologies
to reduce cycle time; provides continuous improvement to customers;
emphasizes quality enhancement.
Qualifications Associates in Radiological Sciences/Radiologic
Technology (or equivalent). Bachelor's preferred. Degree shall be
from an accredited program. ARRT registered. A minimum of 5 years
working as a technologist. CT preferred. Three or more years in
leadership experience. Leadership experience in imaging preferred.
Any equivalent of education and experience which provides the
required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential
functions of the position.

About Us Evergreen Radia Imaging Center is a joint venture with
Evergreen Health and is part of Radia, the largest, physician-owned
Radiology practice in the United States. We provide a range of
outpatient imaging services for patients including, MRI, PET/CT,
CT, ultrasound, x-ray, fluoroscopy, and several types of
procedures.
