  We are seeking an exceptional Parking Operations Supervisor to join our team.

  Are we looking for you?Propark Mobility is currently seeking a qualified candidate to fill a Parking Operations Supervisor opening. As a Parkng Operations Supervisor, your role is first and foremost, as ambassador to our client, their customers, and the team members within our organization.
  Our Parking Operations Supervisors are responsible for exhibiting Propark's culture and mission statement plus also recruiting, scheduling, and managing the performance of their team. The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fun, progressive environment in which people are provided strong direction and then empowered to complete their objectives.

  • You have at least one year of related parking and/or customer service experience.

    To set the stage - here are some of the things you could expect:
    • Help motivate and lead staff in promoting teamwork and a customer service environment.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and assist with completing accident/incident reports.
    • Assist with training, scheduling, and evaluation of staff.
    • Assist local management with maintaining and/or cataloging all equipment, uniforms, and supplies.
    • Reconcile daily bank reports and ticket logs and identify discrepancies as applicable.
    • Maintain log of field bank transactions, uniforms issued, and parking violators, as applicable.
    • Monitor cleanliness and physical conditions at the assigned facilities and report any safety or maintenance issues to local management.
    • Perform valet, attendant, or cashier duties as needed.What you will enjoy at Propark:
