Services Coordinator is to cultivate and protect the clients
experience. You will collaborate with our paraplanners and advisors
to deliver exceptional service to our diverse clientele. This
position is classified as Full-Time/Non Exempt. Job Duties
- Work with our para planners and advisors on opening new
accounts. This includes preparing, processing, and tracking new
accounts, along with the maintenance related to this process, all
while maintaining a high caliber of customer serviceCommunicate to
our para planners and advisors on the status of tasks, along with
following up on working items to ensure client needs are being
met
- Partner with other client service team members to achieve group
goals
- Interact with clients over the phone, via e-mail, and
in-person
- Proactively strive to improve the systems and processes within
the office and overall client experience Knowledge, Skills, and
Abilities
- 2+ years of experience in the wealth management industry or
similar insurance industry experience
- Attention to detail for maximum accuracy and efficiency
- Ability to use Microsoft Office, Database knowledge products,
Slack and Google Workspace
- Problem solver who enjoys learning new processes
- Resourceful and can research issues to get answers when other
are occupied
- Capable of noticing details, inferring meaning, and perceiving
the proper course of action
- A skilled communicator, confident, comfortable and courteous in
written and spoken communication. You are proud of your excellent
phone skills
- Focused, you can assess the proper order of execution for an
evolving list of priorities and adapt to last minute changes with
