This position is open to you if you -are interested in a full-time nanny position (Mon - Fri) where you will provide care at varying homes within 15 miles of your home. You get excited about meeting new people and you are energized by being the substitute caregiver who saves the day (or a few days) for a local family. This is a guaranteed position (80 hours every paycheck) and you will still be compensated for the occasional days in which your backup care services aren't needed. - -You focus on fun work with children. • Guaranteed monthly wage of $3,200-$3,520 -for 80 hours every paycheck. -
• Benefits after 90 days for those employees upholding full time hours includes health care stipend, accrued sick pay, matching contribution to retirement or school loan repayment
• Paid training + professional development
• All work will be within 15 -miles of your home.
• You are guaranteed pay for 80 hours per pay period, regardless of how many assignments you are given. If you work more than 80 hours, overtime pay will be added to your bi-weekly check. -About you:
  • You will be able to provide 3 references, at least 2 from childcare work (paid or unpaid)
  • You have at least 2 years experience with children ages 2 -months - 12+ years. Infant experience is a must.
  • You have relatable childcare experience and the desire to work one-on-one with children in their home, putting safety and engagement above all else
  • Your phone isn't your life, and you can disconnect from it to connect with a child
  • You have a reliable vehicle
  • You're already CPR certified or able to be so
  • COVID-19 Vaccinated
