Description***Immediate Hire - Onsite Role in Kirkland***Q Analysts
is looking for Customer Service Associates to support Ground Truth
Data Collection initiatives and contribute to the development of VR
and AR products.Responsibilities:Guide hired participants for data
collection sessions in a secured office or home environment to
perform scripted motion capturesPrep and maintain assigned
equipment and ensure security of proprietary devicesPrep
participants for capture including intake, NDAs, scripting and
answering questionsMaintain capture environment and implement
lighting and staging changesRespond swiftly to project updates and
changesProvide feedback to operations lead on project
improvementsPerform data uploadsTroubleshooting: Ability to
mitigate issues, customer-facing or technology relatedSkills and
Requirements:Strong face to face customer service experienceStrong
communication skillsProfessional appearance and
demeanorTechnologically adept and familiar with latest trends in
technology; AI/ML/AR/VROrganized and detail orientedThrives in a
team environmentAbility to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced
environmentExperience:Experience in a related role such as customer
service or data collectionExperience with Microsoft Office 365 and
its components (SharePoint, Forms, Outlook, Word, Excel)High school
diploma and 2+ years working in a team
