We are currently seeking a licensed mental health therapist (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) for full or part-time positions in our Kirkland, WA location.

Clinicians have the option of onsite, telehealth or hybrid scheduling.

Requirements:

Fully licensed therapist in the state of Washington (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT)

Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families

Solid computer and basic technology skills

Demonstrated history of professional growth and development

Self-motivated and independent clinicians able to quickly build rapport with clients

Beneficial Skills & Experience:

Competent with a wide range of clinical presentations

Experience with children or adolescents

Experience with couples or family counseling

Experience with health psychology

Compensation:

W-2 compensation model
Full time employees have the ability to earn $75,000-$85,000 for fully licensed clinicians

Peninsula Psychological Center is a premier outpatient mental health clinic serving individuals in the Kitsap country and surrounding areas. This dedicated psychological center was founded in 1991 with multiple offices located throughout Kitsap County. Our main office is centrally located in Silverdale while other office locations include Port Orchard, Port Hadlock, and Poulsbo. We are committed to providing the community with professional, caring, and confidential therapy and psychiatric services. Here at Peninsula, we provide ADHD evaluations and have a division for educational consulting where we conduct evaluations and provide consultation related to educational accommodations to support students with special needs. Our exceptional leadership team in led by our Director of Operations with over 30 years of experience in the mental health field in addition to holding a PsyD and credentials as a mental health counselor, certified drug and alcohol counselor and a certified school psychologist. With a specialization in the evaluation and treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder and the treatment of trauma, she also has several years of experience conducting psychological evaluations and providing supervision to our newly licensed clinicians.
