Wage Range: $40.76 - $75.17 per hourPosted wage ranges represent
the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than
one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest
level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also
offer additional premiums based on shift, certifications or

RESIDENCY PROGRAM DETAILS:EvergreenHealth's Residency Program
consists of group practicums and lectures that support the graduate
RN to mitigate the education-to-industry gap. We foster growth in
the clinical, professional, and transitional aspects of
professional nursing practice. The Residency program incorporates
collaborative team support by managers, preceptors and clinical
nurse educators.RN Residents are required to have an active
Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license and a current
American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS card by start
date of May 15, 2023 and agree to a two (2)-year employment
commitment with EvergreenHealth in FMC. Must be able to start
program on May 15, 2023.To receive consideration for this RN
Resident program, please submit an application to include a
comprehensive resume (that includes rotation and practicum
information) and a one-page cover letter that describes your
interest in the Family Maternity Center (FMC), specifically labor,
and includes the personal and professional attributes you would
bring to this program and unit. The application process will close
on February 20, 2023. Interviews will likely be held the first week
of March 2023 with selected applicants contacted in mid to late

nursing care of all patients within established standards of care,
hospital and unit policies, procedures, and guidelines.License,
Certification, Education or Experience:REQUIRED for the
position:Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) required within 5-years of
employment if applicableLicensed as a Registered Nurse in the State
of Washington by May 15, 2023Current American Heart Association
