movie, book or podcast. We are an amazing team of 30 smart,
experienced and hardworking individuals who love what we do. We are
looking for someone who has the energy, drive, and demonstrated
career progression to senior human resources positions in both
small and large tech organizations, who wants to be an integral
part of a company on the path to becoming a household name. This is
a Kirkland-based position, reporting to the CEO, with a 2-day
weekly commitment to be in our office.Here's what key to be
successful in this position:
- Leadership - key member on the executive leadership team who
actively contributes towards overall business and organizational
strategies; proactive in developing and executing all strategic HR
initiatives and projects. Provide direct and honest feedback to
leadership and all team members and ensure that others are doing
the same.
- Trusted Advisor - trusted advisor and partner to the CEO and
each member of the leadership team. Proactively balance the role of
employee advocate with company needs and expectations.
- Culture-centered - our positive, team-oriented, respectful,

always. The people leader sets the tone in leading by example and
requires it from every team member, manager, and leader.
- Influence - ability to build credibility and respect where your
actions and opinions carry sufficient weight for swift and

- People Manager - experience in growing and successfully
managing an HR team; coaching and developing our people managers;
and training employees for both personal and professional
growth.
- Whatever Else It Takes - be the glue that holds the team
together. Own what's not owned by the other operational leads of
the business such as being the point person on things like Board
management, administration of our equity plan, vendors and
contractors, facilities, and legal, and financial matters. But it
won't stop there, so curiosity, creativity, resourcefulness, and
proactivity need to be second nature. We are delighted to be back
to work with a hybrid schedule: Mondays & Thursdays in-office
together, and the other three days optional. In the spirit of pay
transparency, we are pleased to share the base salary range for
this position is $175K to $240K. If you are hired at Likewise, your
compensation will be determined based on factors that may include
including geographic location, skills, education, and experience.
In addition to these factors, we believe in the importance of pay
equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as
a part of any offer. Please bear in mind that the range listed is
the full base salary range for the role, and hiring at the top of
the range would not be typical, in order to allow for future salary
growth. The range listed is just one component of Likewise's total
compensation, which includes: PTO; paid holidays; medical, dental,
vision, life, and AD&D insurance; employee assistance program;
401k; professional development; paid parental leave; and stock
options. Certain revenue-generating positions may be eligible for
commission and/or other incentive compensation.We support workplace
