USA iSoftStone North America is Seeking a Client Partner to join our Team in Kirkland, WA! As a Client Partner, you will lead, generate, and drive revenue for iSoftStone in North America. You will manage our sales pipeline and partner with internal teams to ensure revenue goals are met. Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth in bookings, revenue, and margins across the USA business unit.
  • Lead and Manage Key account's sales team to deliver consistent profitable growth.
  • Develop partnership/Alliance program, GTM Strategy, work with Corp Sales teams and AM team for solutions and best practices, meeting company sales targets.
  • Create a culture of success, including mentorship, goal achievement and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage key client and channel relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
  • Develop executive level relationships within clients and leveraging iSoftStone senior executives in a strategic manner.
  • Drive the appropriate sales disciplines to achieve the targeted results meeting and exceeding all sales goals and quotas. Qualifications:
    • Ten+ years direct sales and sales management experience selling Technology Professional Services within the Seattle market.
    • Proven success in working with Microsoft selling solutions across business lines.
    • Create plans to address client needs and provide suitable technology solutions.
    • Must have a strong understanding of Microsoft's Vendor Certification Services and Microsoft Partner Network.
    • Proven success working with the continuum of Managed Services, Solution base projects, and Staff Augmentation.
    • Drive growth of new business with lead generation, upselling and cross selling services and products.
    • Proven experience in building, leading and mentoring account executives and sales engineers including managing geographically distributed sales territories.
    • Proven experience in creating, communicating and deploying a strategic sales plan.
    • Ability to develop and conduct effective proposals and presentations with decision makers.
    • Proven ability to initiate, develop and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations, and influence purchase and buying decisions.
    • Experience in using Salesforce to measure and manage sales team productivity and prioritization.
