Mergers & Acquisitions Direct Counsel is seeking a Mergers &
Acquisitions Associate to join a top Am Law 50 firm. This role
offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated M&A
transactions within a highly regarded corporate practice. Key
Responsibilities: Transaction Management – Lead and support M&A
transactions, from due diligence to closing. Drafting & Negotiation
– Prepare and negotiate definitive and ancillary agreements. Client
& Deal Management – Oversee deal process, coordinate with clients,
and collaborate with internal teams. Supervision – Mentor and
supervise junior associates on transactional matters.
Qualifications: 4-6 years of M&A experience at a top law firm.
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to
manage multiple transactions and client relationships. High
academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: $310,000 - $390,000 (Final
offer based on experience and location). Comprehensive benefits
