Job Description:
Join Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS) Private Brands (PB) as a
Program Manager within WW Shared Services, supporting Amazon and
Whole Foods Market (WFM) across NA, EU, and APAC. This role sits at
the intersection of Catalog, Launch Excellence (Perfect Product
Launch), and Scaling Strategy, driving high-quality product
launches and best-in-class customer experiences across a 4k ASIN
portfolio. We are looking for a Program Manager who is
customer-obsessed, operates with strong ownership, and thrives in
ambiguous environments. This role requires both strategic thinking
and deep operational execution, spanning catalog quality, launch
readiness, defect reduction, and scalable mechanism building. You
will define what “good” looks like for catalog and launch quality,
build systems to measure and enforce it, and partner across
Product, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Marketing, Tech, and Operations to
deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences. Key job
responsibilities Own catalog quality and launch excellence for WWGS
Private Brands, including detail page quality, defect reduction,
and launch readiness across regions. Build and improve scalable
mechanisms, SOPs, dashboards, and tools that simplify catalog
management, reduce manual work, and support automation or
offshoring. Partner across cross-functional teams to improve
upstream inputs, clarify ownership, resolve defects, and drive
better customer experience at launch and post-launch. Identify
systemic gaps and lead process improvements that raise the bar on
catalog quality, operational efficiency, and launch performance
over time. Drive reporting and inspection mechanisms (for example
WBRs, MBRs, and goal updates) to provide clear visibility into
catalog quality, launch readiness, risks, and progress against
business goals. The Ideal Candidate: Thrives in a fast-paced
environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution,
and uses data to drive decisions across multiple stakeholders and
regions. Creates clarity in ambiguous situations, structures
problems effectively, and moves quickly with sound judgment to
drive results. Influences stakeholders at all levels through clear
narratives, strong business judgment, and a focus on scalable,
customer-centric solutions. Simplifies complex processes and builds
mechanisms that improve efficiency, ownership, and long-term
scalability. Demonstrates high ownership, strong curiosity, and
consistently raises the bar on quality, customer experience, and
operational excellence. - 3 years of program or project management
experience - 3 years of defining and implementing process
improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience -
Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level
and SQL - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive
improvements - Experience working cross functionally with tech and
non-tech teams - 3 years of driving end to end delivery, and
communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3 years of
driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder
management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of
the organization - Experience building processes, project

this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include
sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final
compensation will be determined based on factors including
experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers
