Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities What You Need US work authorization required (citizen or permanent resident) 3-6 years commercial HVAC experience EPA Certification required O6A license required Constant professional, great attitude, team player, willingness to work, and learn Personal hand tools, drills, and Sawzall for fieldwork Ability to lift 75 lbs., climb ladders with 30 lbs., and work in confined spaces Valid driver’s license (background/drug checks required) Secure parking for company vehicle required, no HOA restriction
