Technical Community Manager (Onsite, Kirkland, WA) About Adaptiva Adaptiva provides serverless endpoint management that eliminates the need for a vast IT infrastructure and monitors itself by automating traditionally manual tasks. Leveraging innovative peer-to-peer protocols, the Adaptiva Edge Platform is powered by the surplus capacity of existing devices already on the network in the office or working from home. This enables IT to continuously deliver software, configurations, and patches to endpoints no matter where they are. The worlds largest enterprise organizations and government agencies rely on Adaptiva for real-time endpoint visibility and content delivery, as well as automated compliance checks, remediations, and patching without ever throttling the network or the end user experience. About this role Adaptiva is looking for a passionate Technical Community Manager to help us deliver on a range of programs and initiatives directed at existing customers to drive adoption, retention, loyalty, growth, and advocacy. The Technical Community Manager will be responsible for demonstration Adaptivas customer obsession and driving awareness and education with our existing customers. In this role, you will be empowered to proactively partner with Customer Success, Sales, and the greater Marketing team to align and support key customer initiatives and grow our customer footprint. You will be key to establishing a framework, strategy, and evolvement of customer programs. This is a full-time, exempt position, based at our offices in Kirkland, Washington.Responsibilities

  • Architect and lead the program to engage with technical community members and partners in a strategic way, highlighting members while reaching new audiences.
  • Define and manage strategic and creative initiatives to grow our community.
  • Define and maintain a community roadmap with input from all stakeholders.
  • Recruit and work with industry thought leaders to drive awareness and thought leadership in other communities.
  • Develop and execute programs to build and nurture relationships with customers.
  • Develop and grow a global ambassador program.
  • Creatively bring our customer stories to life, supporting our demand generation, media, press, web, digital and overall brand strategies with social proof.
  • Demonstrate customer obsession by enabling our internal teams and evangelizing the power of advocacy.
  • Identify and manage opportunities to engage our customers along their journey to increase sales, reduce churn, and increase customer sentiment.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.Requirements
    • 5 years of customer or lifecycle marketing experience in technology required.
    • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
    • Proven ability to build relationships with customers and internal teams.
    • Experience managing and growing a community, with a deep understanding of the communitys motivations and desires.
    • Excellent communication skills across various formats for building and maintaining community relationships.
    • Fluent with social media platforms like Reddit and Discord and understands their norms and features.
    • Thorough understanding of social media tactics and the latest social media trends.
