Technical Recruiter to join our growing team! -If you're hyper
focused on finding great talent, -creating an exceptional candidate
experience, and collaborating with your team, please join us!This
is a 6 month-contract to hire role.Responsibilities:
Designing and implementing the
overall recruiting strategy and improve processes.Managing the full
lifecycle recruiting (sourcing/outreach, screening, interviewing,
extending offers and hiring a minimum of 4 candidates /month) in
the US and Canada and partnering with the hiring managers to
understand their pain points, motivators, business context and the
roles required to build their teams across the company. -You are an
Acumatica Ambassador building trust with the candidates and the
hiring teams coaching and influencing both during the selection
process. Sourcing passive candidates- you are a great Technical
Sourcer, you are thinking outside the box finding creative ways
(writing compelling messages) to reach out to passive candidates
using different tools.You consult with senior business leaders and
HR leaders on critical talent gaps and drive an effective and
efficient talent strategy in support of the business (you leverage
analytics, look at the market trends and advise the business and
hiring teams on these trends and recruiting strategy).You help and
mentor other team members (teach them best practices, new ways to
recruit, showing them new recruitment strategies, etc)Create,
update offer letters from scratch.You are a SME using the ATS
system (you know all the ins and outs) and you train other team
members on how to use the tool.You create recruiting metrics.You
stay organized, pay attention to details and you have good planning
skills, so you can help the team make decisions on the candidates
in the pipeline. -Qualifications:
You have 5+ years of recruiting
experience, ideally in a software/product company or in a technical
field. -Demonstrated ability to recruit diverse individuals and
ability to negotiate and consult on compensation
packages.Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills and a
strong command of assessment and selection methodologies,
instruments and processes.Ability to work successfully in an
environment with high visibility and the ability to manage complex
and sensitive situations independently.Track record of flawless
execution and a strong ability to multi-task in a fast paced,
deadline-oriented, high-demand environment with tight
deliverables.You are detailed oriented. You're able to pick up on
nuance, ask excellent questions, and plan accordingly. You
understand why the details matter when it comes to a person's
experience of a service. -You enjoy working with recruiting teams
and hiring managers, bring value into talent related conversations
and aim for delivering excellent candidate experience.You have a
record track in identifying and engaging passive candidates.You are
a team player, and you like to think outside the box and wow people
with your interesting angles, new ideas, and quality work.

$95,000- $105,000 annually. This range represents the low and high
end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on
location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide
range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and
other relevant elements.At Acumatica, certain roles are eligible
for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock for full
time employees. These awards are allocated based on individual
performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity
to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending
