Manager at Supreme Dumplings, you will work closely with the
General Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless
dining experience for our guests. Your role will involve
leadership, team management, customer service, and operational
support to maintain our high standards of excellence. Key
Responsibilities: Operational Support: Assist in managing
restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory
management, and quality control. Customer Service: Uphold our
commitment to exceptional customer experiences by resolving issues,
handling guest inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Team Leadership: Supervise and train staff members, provide
guidance and support, and promote a positive work culture focused
on teamwork and excellence. Financial Management: Support budgeting
efforts, monitor costs, and contribute to revenue growth
initiatives while ensuring profitability targets are met. Quality
Assurance: Ensure adherence to food safety standards, cleanliness
protocols, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with the management team, kitchen
staff, and front-of-house teams to streamline operations and
enhance overall efficiency. Qualifications: Previous experience (2
years) in a supervisory or management role within the
restaurant/hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the
ability to motivate and coach team members effectively. Excellent
communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with
customers, colleagues, and vendors. Detail-oriented with a focus on
maintaining high standards of quality and service. Knowledge of
restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory management,
and basic financial principles. Passion for food and hospitality
