Job Description ? Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Shift ? Hours: 40 Hours per Week ? Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Gross Pay: $2,210/Weekly Job Overview:- We are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a 13-week travel assignment in Seattle, WA. The Social Worker will provide inpatient case management, discharge planning, and psychosocial support to patients within a speciality hospital environment focusing on cardiac and neurological care . Key Responsibilities:- • Perform psychosocial assessments for hospitalized patients • Coordinate discharge planning and community resources • Provide counseling and crisis intervention • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams • Document patient care using Epic EMR • Support care coordination for cardiac and stroke patients Requirements ? Minimum 1 year inpatient or acute care hospital experience ? Active Washington LCSW / LSWAIC license ? BLS Certification ? Epic EMR experience required
