Job Description:
Epic Special Education Staffing is excited to offer a rewarding
opportunity for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team for
the 2026-2027 school year. As a key member of our staff, you will
provide specialized physical therapy services within a supportive
educational environment, helping to facilitate the physical and
developmental growth of students with special needs. At Epic, we
are committed to creating educational programs that cater to the
needs of each student, ensuring their comfort and success every
step of the way. Evaluate students' gross motor skills and physical
capabilities through comprehensive assessments. Develop and
implement individualized therapy programs to enhance students'
physical performance and improve their well-being. Collaborate with
educational staff to integrate physical therapy with educational
goals. Document students' progress and adjust treatment plans as
necessary. Educate staff and family members on various supportive
techniques to aid in student development. Strong understanding of
pediatric physical therapy techniques and practices. Ability to
create and follow through with individualized treatment plans.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively
collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents. Capable of handling
sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid
state license in Physical Therapy. Professional certification in
pediatric physical therapy is preferred.
