Licensed Social Worker Location: Tacoma, WA Agency: Thrive Staffing Pay: $2,540 to $2,734 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position Job Title Social Worker City/State: Tacoma, Washington Shift: 8 Hour Days, 08:00:00-16:00:00 Contract Length: 89 weeks Start Date: 03/23/2026 Job Description: Provide social work services, including clinical interviewing and acute care case management, for inpatient adults across ICU, PCU, MedSurg, and ER settings. Responsibilities: Provide post-discharge planning and resource coordination. Perform utilization review and collaborate with ER personnel. Requirements: WA RN License and BSN required. Two years of recent acute inpatient case management experience required. Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system required. Knowledge of healthcare financial and reimbursement processes.
