Apply today and a recruiter will follow up with the details. /n /n Minimum Qualifications /n - Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program. - Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment - BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC - Current licensed, registered, or certified to assist in the practice of physical therapy in the state of practice. - Current CPR certification is required. - Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation. /n /n Assignment Details /n - Facility Type: Home Health - Requires participation in a weekend rotation and potential availability on observed holidays. /n /n Location Highlights /n Centralia, WA offers a blend of outdoor adventure and urban amenities.
