Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals. Engage in continuous professional development and training opportunities. Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success metrics. Monitor and document client progress to ensure effective therapy outcomes. Utilize evidence-based practices to inform therapy interventions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and outcomes. Maintain high visibility of work activities and results through regular reporting. Adapt therapy techniques to meet the diverse needs of clients. Educate clients and families on therapy processes and home exercises. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in occupational therapy.
