with Cynet Health to find a qualified OR RN in Seattle, Washington,
98104! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty:
Operating Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day/Night Rotating Hours
per Shift: 10 Hours Experience: Minimum 2 years required, Level 1
Trauma and Neuro experience required; 3-4 years preferred. License:
Compact license acceptable; candidates must apply for state license
if using a Compact license. Certifications: Basic Life Support
(BLS) required. Must-Have: Circulate skills required; experience in
a Level 1 Trauma center required. Description: The role requires an
RN in the Operating Room. Candidates must be flexible for unit
needs. Shifts include day and night rotations with varied start
times. The unit handles a high volume of cases with an average of
60-70 cases per day. Experience in a Level 1 Trauma center is
essential. Candidates will work with a diverse patient population,
including neonates, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. The unit
specializes in Orthopedics, Spine, and Neuro, but also handles
other services, excluding Cardiac and Transplant. No on-call
requirement for this position. Weekend shifts are mandatory, and
travelers are expected to be flexible. The hospital utilizes a
medication system for efficiency. Candidates are encouraged to have
experience with the Epic charting system. References will be
required upon submission. Candidates must disclose any background
issues for consideration. This position does not consider certain
nights as weekend shifts. Travelers will not float outside their
scope within the facility. The role offers a collaborative
interdisciplinary support environment. Familiarity with various
surgical procedures, including trauma-related surgeries, is highly
desirable. Contract extensions may be offered based on performance
