Job Description Job Description Overview of the CT Technologist
Position The CT Technologist is responsible for conducting
diagnostic imaging procedures utilizing multi-slice CT scanners.
This includes administering contrast agents and overseeing patient
care with a high degree of independent judgment. Candidates must
possess the necessary certifications in radiologic technology and
adhere to established professional standards. This role is integral
to a healthcare team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional
diagnostic services within a hospital environment. Job
Responsibilities The CT Technologist will: Execute a range of
technical and patient care tasks that necessitate independent
decision-making while using a multi-slice CT scanner. Operate power
injectors and monitoring devices. Initiate IVs and provide IV,
oral, or rectal contrast as directed by the attending physician.
Deliver outstanding customer service. Engage actively within a team
framework, maintaining a positive demeanor and attitude. Utilize
their radiology technology expertise in performing diagnostic X-ray

Successful completion of an accredited radiologic technology
program. Upon hiring: Washington State Radiologic Technologist
certification. Upon hiring: BLS certification from the American
Heart Association. Upon hiring: National Registered Technologist -
Radiography certification from the American Registry of Radiologic
Technologists. Within one year of employment: National Registered
Technologist - Computed Tomography certification or National
Computed Tomography Technologist certification from the Nuclear
Medicine Technology Certification Board. Preferred Qualifications:
Two years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist. One year of

position is provided, with the successful candidate's placement
determined by relevant experience and other applicable factors.
This range reflects base pay; additional compensation may be
available, including shift differentials, standby/on-call pay,
overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonuses. We offer a
