page. March 2026 Residency - Various Specialties Swedish is seeking
applicants for our March 2026 RN Residency . An RN Residency with
Swedish will provide the foundation and support essential to
becoming an expert in your specialty. Learn through a combination
of structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient
experiences guided by preceptors. If you are a recently graduated
RN, with less than 12 months of experience, you owe it to yourself
to explore this exceptional opportunity. This position starts on
March 23, 2026. Full-Time Night Shifts available for most
specialties. Required Qualifications: - Graduation from an
accredited nursing program. - Washington Registered Nurse License
upon hire. - National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
upon hire. - National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association
within 6 months (180 days) of hire. - Graduation from an accredited
nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience
or less. Preferred Qualifications: - National Certification in area
