Job Description Responsibilities This is a PRN position for
coverage for sick, vacation and LOA at our Canyon Road location in
Puyallup, WA. Requirements include: - Medical Degree - Board
Certification/Board Eligible - Washington State Medical License and
DEA in good standing with no restrictions - Stable work history
