Job Description:
Track heart rate, respiration, and oxygen levels in newborns.
Give prescribed meds and treatments accurately. Assist with tube
feeding or breastfeeding as needed. Use incubators, ventilators,
and monitors safely. Keep detailed records of patient status and
interventions. Work with neonatologists, therapists, and other
nurses. React quickly to critical changes in a newborn’s
condition.
