  • Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week -- no call
  • Home health setting
  • WA License Required
  • EMR: HCHB
  • OASIS experience required
  • 12+ months home health experience within past 3 years required
  • 13-week assignment starting May 2025
