serve. Responsibilities: The Staff Development Coordinator assists
and supports the translation of the nursing philosophy of the
center into nursing practice by participating in the planning,
implementation and evaluation of the nursing care delivery system.
He/she assesses the educational needs of the staff and plans,
develops, and implements training programs to meet those needs.
Qualifications: The Staff Development Coordinator must be a
graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current registered
nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing. With a minimum of
three years clinical experience, a minimum of two years experience
in long term care and one year in a management capacity. Benefits:
