Home Health Nurse (RN) Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality healthcare services to our patients in the comfort of their homes.Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and document patient conditions and report changes as needed.
• Administer medication, insulin, and IV/fluids, documenting thoroughly.
• Inspect and care for wounds, change dressings, and assist with personal hygiene.
• Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.Requirements:
  • Active Washington State RN License.
  • Minimum of 12 months of experience as a Home Health Nurse (RN).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Two (2) positive work references.
