Overview: Registered Nurse (RN) - Sign on Bonus Available3pm-11:30pm or 11pm-7:30am -Sign-on Bonus:$10,000 (Full time) or 5,000 (Part time) with commitment. -Week DayWeek EveningWeek NightWeekend DayWeekend EveningWeekend Night -$ - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -$ - - - - - - - - 2.00 -$ - - - - - - - - 5.00 -$ - - - - - - - - 4.00 -$ - - - - - - - - 6.00 -$ - - - - - - - - 9.00 QualificationsEducation: -Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required. -Licensure: -Current license to pratice nursing in Washington (or eligible to recieve or renew), RN license required at hireExperience: Preferred one year of experience working with a psychiatric in-patient population preferred.Additional Requirements: - -Successful completion of CPR, First Aid, Handle with Care, and Verbal De-Escalation Certifications, which are provided during new hire training.Work Hours: - -Various shifts are available. - Must be able to work 8 hours/day. - 3pm - 1130pm (Evenings); 11pm - 730am(Night). - Must also be able to work rotating weekends. -Position Summary:The Charge Nurse (RN) /Staff Nurse (RN) is a registered professional nurse who prescribes, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices. - The Charge Nurse (RN) /Staff Nurse (RN) must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, based on physical, educational, safety, and related criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients served. - The Charge Nurse (RN) /Staff Nurse (RN) have supervisory responsibilities for LPN and Program Specialists (MHT/RCW). -COVID-19 Vaccination requirement: -After October 18, 2021 all Washington state healthcare employees, educators, contractors, and interns will be required to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination record as a condition of employment.
