Overview: Licensed Practical Nurse LPN / LVN - sign-on
bonus!3p-11:30pm Must be able to work 8 hours/day. Must also be
able to work rotating weekends.Starting at $29 and hour.Week

- - $5.50 -QUALIFICATIONS -Education: -Graduate from an accredited
program of licensed practical nursing required.Experience: -A
minimum of three (3) years experience in a psychiatric health-care
facility is preferred.Licensure: -Currently licensed to practice in
the State of Washington. Must have a valid Washington State
driver's license.Additional Requirements: -CPR certification;
successful completion of Show of Support, including appropriate use
of Seclusion and Restraint, successful completion of skills lab,
must pass a medication administration exam and successful
completion of the Handle with Care and Verbal De-escalation
programs within 90 days of employment. -Position Summary:The LPN is
a licensed practical nurse who prescribes & coordinates patient
care through collaborative efforts with health team members in
accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and
practices. Under the supervision of an RN, the LPN must be able to
demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care,
based on physical, psycho/social, educational, safety, and related
criteria, appropriate to the age of the patients served under the
supervision of RN. -COVID-19 Vaccination requirement: -After
