Overview: Registered Nurse (RN) - Sign on Bonus Available
3pm-11:30pm or 11pm-7:30am Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 (Full time) or
5,000 (Part time) with commitment. Week Day Week Evening Week Night
Weekend Day Weekend Evening Weekend Night $ - $ 2.00 $ 5.00 $ 4.00
$ 6.00 $ 9.00 Qualifications Education: Graduate from an accredited
program of professional nursing required. Licensure : Current
license to pratice nursing in Washington (or eligible to recieve or
renew), RN license required at hire Experience : Preferred one year
of experience working with a psychiatric in-patient population
preferred. Additional Requirements: Successful completion of CPR,
First Aid, Handle with Care, and Verbal De-Escalation
Certifications, which are provided during new hire training. Work
Hours: Various shifts are available. Must be able to work 8
hours/day. 3pm - 1130pm (Evenings); 11pm - 730am(Night). Must also
be able to work rotating weekends. Position Summary: The Charge
Nurse (RN) /Staff Nurse (RN) is a registered professional nurse who
prescribes, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through
collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with
the nursing process and the standards of care and practices. The
Charge Nurse (RN) /Staff Nurse (RN) must be able to demonstrate the
knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, based on physical,
educational, safety, and related criteria, appropriate to the age
of the patients served. The Charge Nurse (RN) /Staff Nurse (RN)
have supervisory responsibilities for LPN and Program Specialists
(MHT/RCW). COVID-19 Vaccination requirement: After October 18, 2021
