Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Experience: --- 24 months of Home Health experience is required. --- 3 months of experience with Oasis is preferred. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a Washington license in hand at the time of application. --- COVID vaccination required for onboarding. Religious and medical declinations accepted. --- Flu vaccination required for onboarding. Declinations not accepted. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.
