Wage Range: $40.76 - $75.17 per hourPosted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, level of education and internal equity.Thank you for your interest in EvergreenHealth and in our RN Residency!RN RESIDENCY PROGRAM DETAILS:EvergreenHealth's Residency Program consists of group practicums and lectures that support the graduate RN to mitigate the education-to-industry gap. We foster growth in the clinical, professional, and transitional aspects of professional nursing practice. The Residency program incorporates collaborative team support by managers, preceptors and clinical nurse educators.RN Residents are required to have an active Washington State Registered Nurse (RN) license and a current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS card by start date of May 15, 2023 and agree to a two (2)-year employment commitment with EvergreenHealth in FMC. Must be able to start program on May 15, 2023.To receive consideration for this RN Resident program, please submit an application to include a comprehensive resume (that includes rotation and practicum information) and a one-page cover letter that describes your interest in the Family Maternity Center (FMC), specifically labor, and includes the personal and professional attributes you would bring to this program and unit.
