Join our team of excellent Home Infusion RNs! - Do you love starting IV's? - Work well independently? - Enjoy developing working relationships with your patients? - If you answered yes, you may be a great fit for home infusion nursing with BrightStar Care of Bellevue & North Seattle. - -Per-diem shifts available in King and Snohomish counties. - -Flexible hours with no minimum per week requirement. - Work as much or as little as fits your schedule. New grad applicants will be considered! - Immediate openings for skilled RNs to infuse a variety of medications that help clients manage chronic conditions in their own home. - We primarily infuse IVIG but have many clients getting other types of weekly or monthly therapies. - Place peripheral IV access, as well as access implanted ports. - Teach and train visits for clients who will administer their own medications, as well as short injection visits are also available. Other Perks: * Joint Commission Accredited Homecare Agency * Work with your patients and Nurse Managers to set your own schedule * Excellent "in the field" support and oversight from Nurse Managers * Accrue paid time-off (Yes, per-diem RNs accrue PTO!) * Evening and weekend schedules available * Paid weekly with direct deposit * Mileage Reimbursement * Competitive hourly rate Responsibilities: * Provide thoughtful care to clients and follow prescribed plan of care * Monitor and track client's changes in condition and needs * Communicate effectively with the Nurse Mangers, pharmacies, and providers * Demonstrate competent nursing judgement and skills Requirements: * Experience -with peripheral IV starts and management (PREFFERED-but we are willing to train the right candidate) * Active and unrestricted Washington state Nursing License * Infusion experience preferred (training will be provided) * Covid-19 Vaccination (per state mandate for RNs) * Negative TB Risk Assessment (per WA-DOH) * Current CPR certification * Driver's license and valid automobile insurance * Able to walk up and down steps and lift 20 lbs. - We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against applicants due to race, ethnicity, gender, veteran status, disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
