An award-winning hospital in vibrant, gorgeous Northwest Washington seeks an Staff RN Float Pool Med Surg Tele to join their acute care Float Pool nursing team. This is an excellent opportunity to join the area’s top health system in a fast-paced environment that offers float pool premium pay. This is a night shift position.
Reporting to the Float Pool Nurse Manager, the Staff RN Float Pool Med Surg Tele will provide direct patient care on a variety of inpatient units as assigned. The Staff RN Float Pool Med Surg Tele will float to Medical Surgical, Telemetry, Oncology, and Progressive Care as needed.
The Staff RN Float Pool Med Surg Tele will perform assessments, plan and deliver direct patient care, and orient patients and their families during trying times. Personality and communication skills are key, as the Staff RN Float Pool Med Surg Tele will provide emotional comfort and support to patients and family members as appropriate.
