future of ultrasound-guided interventional instruments in a
fast-paced, innovative startup environment? We are seeking a
dynamic and hands-on Product Manager to lead the development,
strategy, and commercialization of cutting-edge interventional
instruments - including biopsy devices, ablation tools,
catheter-based systems, and needle guidance technologies.This is a
salaried position with an annual pay range of $150,000 - $240,000,
depending on experience.This is a unique opportunity to work at the
forefront of medical technology, collaborating with world-class
engineers, clinicians, and industry pioneers. You will play a
pivotal role in bringing a disruptive technology to market,
influencing the product roadmap, sourcing strategic manufacturing
partners, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive

Responsibilities:Drive Innovation & Product Strategy:
- Own and execute the product roadmap for interventional
instruments with ultrasound guidance, focusing on next-generation
minimally invasive solutions.
- Work closely with R&D, engineering, and clinical teams to
develop breakthrough clinical solutions that enhance procedural
precision and patient outcomes.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and
voice-of-customer (VOC) insights to identify unmet clinical needs
and shape product strategy.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, CE Mark, MDR, and other global
regulatory standards while maintaining an agile development
approach.
- Oversee the design, usability, and clinical performance
validation of new products.Partner with Cutting-Edge Manufacturers:
- Identify, evaluate, and partner with top-tier interventional
instrument manufacturers to drive high-quality production and
scalability.
- Build strategic alliances with OEMs, contract manufacturers,
and technology innovators to accelerate product development.
- Support negotiation of supplier agreements that align with
quality, regulatory, and commercial objectives.
- Work closely with supply chain and manufacturing teams to
optimize cost efficiency, logistics, and production timelines.Fuel
Market Growth & Commercialization:
- Support developing and execution of the go-to-market strategies
for disruptive interventional clinical solution.
- Work with the commercialization team to train and equip the
field with deep technical expertise and clinical insights.
- Establish relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs),
interventional radiologists, and clinical pioneers to drive early
adoption and product advocacy.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales
performance to refine product positioning and strategy.Thrive in a

medicine.Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life
Sciences, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on
interventional instruments (biopsy, ablation, catheter-based, or
needle guidance technologies).
- Proven experience in sourcing and managing partnerships with
medical device manufacturers (OEMs, contract manufacturers).
- Strong understanding of ultrasound-guided interventions,
interventional radiology and/or cardiology, and minimally invasive
procedures.
- Strong project management, negotiation, and strategic planning
skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work
cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-moving setting.
- Willingness to travel (20-30%) for manufacturer site visits,
customer engagement, conferences, and field support.Preferred
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment,
with a passion for disruptive innovation
- Direct experience in developing and launching interventional
medical devices.
- Background in clinical data analysis, imaging databases, and
